Sonoma 14.5 Microphone not found through HDMI monitor

I have a Dell S3222HN monitor connected to my 2019 Mac Pro with AMD Radeon Pro W5500X 8GB. The Monitor has a Headphone Jack built in that I have been using for months to connect my headset with Mic into. After the latest patch to Sonoma 14.5 (23F79) My system no longer detects the microphone as connected. The Audio still works otherwise. Is there anything I can do to correct this? Is it a known issue?
