Error Code 500 when logging into iCloud

I personally don't have this problem, I'm asking for someone else.

After signing into iCloud I immediately get the error 500. After clicking on devices, I can't see any of my devices associated with my Apple ID. Synchronization with phone and mac isn't working, they don't see each other, tried it with an older iPhone as well, didn't work. Some apps do get synchronized, but some don't.

Any ideas?

I have had the same problem for 2 days - 2-3 June 2024.

I just spent 2 hours with Apple Support. No Success.

It isn't a problem with any devices as my iPad, iPhone, MacBook and Apple Watch have the same issue (slightly different error message on the MacBook).

In the end all they said was wait a few days and it should fix itself.

I have two AppleID's and accounts and it is only happening with one of them.
