I have tried different ways. - uninstall/reinstall, kill the icloud tasks and after a while, it stuck in uploading again.
can't tell which file is causing issue.
Icloud windows is latest from windows store:
the log file C:\Users\usersxxx\AppData\Local\Packages\AppleInc.iCloud_nzyj5cx40ttqa\LocalCache\Local\Logs
shows some errors;
pls see attached.
