What should I do if the Memoji video I downloaded has no sound?

Someone send me a memoji video with their voice recorded. I saved it onto my phone. When I look at it on my phone in Photos, it works and has sound. However, when I try to attach it to an email or download it onto my computer from iCloud, it's just a video with no sound. I don't even care about the video, I just want the sound.
