Print dialogue box on mac

I would like to change to color of my printer output to blue instead off balck. I have watched several youtube vieos and read several online suggestions. My computer does not show any options for" preview" And under "Presets" I do not have the option to change the print color output.

If I want to print a document from Adobe, the otions are even slimmer. Does anyone know how to change the output color of your printer if you do not have the color options under " Presets"?
