It’s an iPhone 11, I dropped it and the screen kept pressing random buttons and it disabled the phone. I am going to buy a iCloud+ 200gb subscription to hopefully back up all the data, if I buy it can it automatically back everything up or is there a way for me to turn it on online?

Sorry no. You can only turn on iCloud Backup from the device that you want to backup. It cannot be done remotely from another device or online.
