Who is onboarding my device that I own through my small business that I own with my husband?

Apple informed me that a “Lyla Seabold” (sp?) authorized themselves as an “authorized user “.

Can someone please explain how this is possible and why Apple is protecting that user who continues to manipulate my phone?

I am on my 3rd expensive iPhone and every time I reset and wipe my devices clean, “IT” follows me.


I have 2 employees who know more than I do and am wondering if it’s them or a former IT that came with the business my husband and I purchased.
