How do I open jpg.icloud pictures?
I cannot open the icloud photos send with as jpg.icloud on my laptop. I can download them but can't see them

jpg.icloud is not a valid format or extension. Its a temporary file format used by iCloud while uploading the files.
Files that end in jpg.icloud are not valid images, they are placeholders.
You need to get the actual file from iCloud, not the placeholder used to upload them.
