I suddenly cant read my mail on my kindle fire 11 max

I have been logging in and reading my email on my kindle 11 I can login to my Apple ID but when I go to mail the preview displays on the right but I can’t read any messages unless I click replay and read them in a pop up window. I want to be able to read my messages normally. Can anyone help kindle said it’s Apple blocking something but I think it’s kindle related because I can login on a Chromebook and desktop with no problems
