I forgot my Iphone passcode and apple ID password. I don't have access to my apple ID as it was logged in the iphone of which i forgot the passcode. I have my cell number registered to the apple ID.
Can i restore my Iphone and reset the Apple ID password?

I have another device "iPhone 12 Pro Max" with a different Apple ID. That Apple ID isn't logged in to other devices. I tried to restore the phone with my PC using iTunes.
After restoring the phone my Apple ID password is required which I have forgotten.
I tried "forgotten password" with my phone number, it generated OTP but it says I have to have access to my iCloud mail.
How can I resolve this issue
