I misplaced one of my airpods pro earbuds; in a panicked state, I ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, found the earbuds within 30 minutes of ordering. I attempted to return/cancel the order and Apple was reluctant to not letting me cancel and that I have to cough up the money for the replacement, whether I need it or not.
How can i cancel or return the earbuds and get a refund?

If you ordered directly from Apple, you received an order confirmation email. At the bottom of that email is contact information for changing the order. Did you use that?
If you ordered through a reseller, Apple can’t help with that. And as we are your fellow end users, there is little we can do because sales/order/shipping issues are beyond the intended scope of these tech assist forums.
Yea, i ordered thru apple only. And also tried to talk to customer service support. But nothing… they just wont accept return or refund! Please advisw!
