I entered the wrong SSN (accidently) on my Apple Card Application. How do I reapply?

I have called Goldman Sachs Apple card support multiple times, apple support, and transunion multiple times. I keep getting told wait 2 days ( I did) then wait a week (I did) and now wait 2 weeks. They keep telling me to wait to reapply. Is there nothing they or I can do to correct my application? It's denied for identity and It makes sense, but I just want to correct it. I don't have the option to reapply. It keeps telling me to call Apple card support and they keep saying wait. Which I have. they keep telling me i can reapply but i can't. Not sure what to do please help.

Please contact an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs Banks to resolve this issue. Trying to resolve this issue without their assistance is nearly impossible. You might have to wait up to 90 days.


An Apple Store can’t assist in this. I’m a former Apple Store manager and all they can do is tell you to call Goldman Sachs.
