How do I secure my Apple ID and iPhone?

SO much. A hacker is on my phone changing settings, adding screen time, etc. We have reason to believe they got in through our Verizon acct, as they (work associates) had access to it and created a new user login to nanny us. Not exactly sure who it is still.

A hide my email feature was added using my AppleID on July 13th using an account created on the Productive app. How can I remove this feature and the account created on the Productive app?

I will add that they still have access to my email somehow, I believe using this feature, creating recovery codes for other work accounts to which they are trying to gain access.

Also if this is a work cellphone with MDM installed, then Company has rights to do what they need within their company policy.
