I used to use iTunes Match to sync my own music with iCloud and between my devices (Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support). It is also storing the music library in iCloud and a lot cheaper than Music and it has been great to get the songs I mixed with GarageBand and Logic, my purchased songs, and all my ripped Vinyl records into iCloud and sync them to my other Macs and the iPad, iPod touch and iPhone. But it does not give us access to Music.
I cannot test any longer, if the iTunes Match uploads can be accessed from the Apple Vision Pro as well, because I am now using Apple One, which includes my iCloud Storage subscription plus Music. I switched, when I noticed that iTunes Match did not work as well with the Music.app as as it used to work with iTunes, after Apple replaced iTunes by Music and some features were no longer available with iTunes Match, for example I had problems to download artwork and song lyrics .
Perhaps someone, who is still using iTunes Match, can tell you, if the iCloud upload from iTunes iMatch is also available on Vision Pro.
One caveat, if you want to try iTunes Match for uploading to iCloud - iTunes Match is comparing our audio files to the content of the iTunes Store. If one of our own songs is also at the iTunes Store, it will not upload our own song but use the store version. The songs I recorded from scratchy Vinyl records are now having a much better quality, because the matching has given me much better digitized versions. But some matches have been wrong - for example, my matched version of ABBA's song "Fernando" is now in Spanish and no longer in English - perhaps ABBA used the same backing track for both versions of the song. The same happens, when I create two versions of one of my own songs and use the same backing track. iTunes Match may decide the songs are duplicates and upload only one of them.
