If you are seeing charges in your banking or credit card accounts only …contact them to discuss these charges to ensure that your information hasn’t been breached and in the hands of a fraudulent user. If you need further assistance post back with more details so we may assist you further.

Are you certain the charges are from Apple, and not a scam?

If you have charges on your credit card for any of these charge lines, but no matching items actually charged by Apple, then your credit card has been compromised. Contact your card issuer. Have them reverse the charges if possible, then immediately cancel that card and have them issue you a new one.

No one is getting into your account to pay Apple, if you are seeing a charge on your card saying apple.com/bill, that means you have bought an app, music, movie, or other content from Apple. You can see your purchase history by going to reportaproblem.apple.com and disputing a charge there.
