What settings should I adjust for better recording quality on my Mac Studio?

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my screen recordings.

No matter what I do or what program I use to record the screen, it doesn't change the quality of my recording, it's always a little blurry and of low quality, especially in smaller letters.

I used QuickTime, OBS, Streamlabs, Screen Studio, and all programs keep the video in low quality but in a 1920 x 1080 file.

I've tried everything I thought of and so far I haven't been able to resolve it.

Note: My last attempt was to call Apple support, but the representative didn't know how to solve the problem, he only said about updating OS Ventura to OS Sonoma
