Edited with Snapseed on mobile Exporting to FB via laptop

I have always taken the photo with iphone 11 found it in Snapseed on iphone 11 then exported the edited picture to iCloud named it and used it on FB with my laptop. Its true over the years it is a bit hit and miss getting the "edited" picture to export, its always the unedited one first, which you need to delete and from iCLoud in order to "release" the edited one to the Cloud so you can save and use it.

Upgraded last week to iphone 13, same method, but this time, only ever get the unedited exported pibut cture, everytime. Tried everything, including deleting all the old non deleted pictures that we in the queue, which unfortunately deleted them from everywhere phone and laptop and I had to recover them, but even before I recovered them with nothing in the queue, it only sent the same unedited photo?

Yes I can edit on my iphone, but I like to use Snapseed, as when posting the finished picture going onto FB and can copy all the introduction about the photo b4 grabbing the photo and displaying it all in the post. I am in more than one Photo Club.

i am at a loss to understand why anything has changed as far as Snapseed is concerned really. Iphone 13 is no big deal, I think they are up to 17 or something, so it cannot be that . Turned off "live" photos with the toggle, but notice that is back on all on its own. I thought maybe that was the hitch, But really grabbing at straws here. I do not want to be typing it all out via my phone, on the laptop it is so much simplier and larger too. I have just purchased a Tablet, they didn't send a plug, and although I have a USC nothing fits the charger wire I have been given with the new tablet. So will need to buy a conversion plug , more money!! if anyone has any ideas, i love Snapseed, used it for years, and yes I know people who use iphone apparently, is bc they don't like change???
