Both of my banks say there’s no restrictions on their end for Apple Pay or Apple wallet but it will still not let me add my card to my Apple wallet so this is a Apple issue. What my next step.

Pour ajouter des cartes, des clés et des billets à Cartes, cherchez le bouton « Ajouter à Cartes » dans des apps, des e-mails et des sites web.
c’est le message que l’application affiche quand j’appuie sur le plus ou que j’appuie sur ajouter. Et toute les autres conditions sont remplies je ne comprend pas pourquoi cela ne fonctionne pas.

Ask you bank why you card is being >Red Path< or >Red Flowed<? Your bank or the Payment Network Operator (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) is blocking your card from being added.
