So i changed my birthdate on my apple id and when i went into the wallet app it asked me to verify but everytime i click verify it just loads for 2 seconds and then doesnt do anything (i already have applecash set up and im a minor.) please help.

How old are you? If you’re under 18 your father will need to call Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE and straighten out the age on your Apple ID. Then your father can start an Apple Cash Family. I’ve linked to a support article below.

Personally, I don’t care. Lying to a bank about your age/identity is a felony. It qualifies under federal law as both identity theft and fraud. You’d probably not go to prison, but the felony charges might still go on your record. I’d call the bank, tell them it was a typo and then not lie to banks any more.

Sorry about the original post of mine. There’s no fraud. You’re doing the right thing so far. The issue was the original age was way too low and when that happened, only an adult and can call and fix the issue. It also can only be fixed by a phone call.
i wasnt lying about my age so my father set up the account for me and he put 27 instead of 9 for the day of my birth so i changed it back to 9 and it js started being all wonky
