How to safely delete duplicate Photos on iPhone?

I have three photo apps on my iPhone - Photos, Google Photos, Amazon photos. It appears (without comparing every photo) that they are all contain the same photos. I also think I am saving photos to iCloud regularly. I want to free up memory but don’t want to lose photos.

Do I need all of these? What is the best way to clean up my phone?
