It's a waste of time to ask here. Neither your fellow users nor Apple can do anything about such requests.

I don't think it is a coincidence, but at least both(?) of them know that Apple is not the company to be asking and they now know the process for requesting emojis and who is in charge of maintaining the standard that all manufactures just simply adopt.

What's next? Perhaps a quahog? A pika?

There's actually a fair number of emojis of things that don't exist. Like a djin, mermaid, merman, fairy, troll, vampire, zombie. They're pretty much all in the "people" catagory.

Emojis are officially defined by the Unicode Consortium, not by individual OS developers.
