How do you get your Apple wallet cash from been restricted if it been restricted since July and u did everything to get it unrestricted for you can used your Apple Pay and nothing work and it still restricted and I don’t know what else to do can someone tell me how to unrestricted my Apple Pay been restricted I just need to know and answer thank u
I assume you have been in contact with Green Dot Bank, since you said you did everything to get it unrestricted. They are the only ones that will be able to help if your account has been restricted.

If you are talking about Screen Time Restrictions that were placed on your device to prevent you from using the Wallet app, then you will need to allow it at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps > Wallet. This is more of a parental control to prevent a person from using the Wallet App and is a restriction on the app not your account.
