I used this help company to try to recover my Outlook A/c. They were no use BUT the major problem I had was with their subscription. I tried to cancel mine but they kept on taking it from my bank account. Eventually managed to get someone in their support to do something and received an email confirming cancellation of subscription and arrangement made for a refund. That came along with an email assuring me of the subscription cancellation and closure of my account. I also informed my bank. Unbelievably, after receiving 2 emails assuring me my account was closed and subscription cancelled, they took another amount from me.
BEWARE of this company and their accounting procedures, it is VERY difficult to close a subscription or get your money back after a cancellation.They are, in my view, a company to be avoided at all costs.
