Applecard signup worst experience of my life
I had so many problems I finally went to the Apple store 2 hours away, and even THEY couldn't figure out why there were so many problems signing up. When they finally got it to go through, I never heard back from Apple until late the following day. It said I had to scan my ID, which I did 7 times, each time it made me do it again. Finally the 7th try it said success and a check mark showing it went through. Except moments later I got an email saying I'd been denied due to the fact they couldn't verify my ID. I called Apple, the first person was very nice but couldn't solve the problem, so I was transferred to one of the most rude people I'd every experienced. She was loud and her speech garbled. She spoke non-stop leaving me no spaces to participate in the conversation. Several times I tried to interject or ask a question and she continued talking over me like I wasn't even there. I finally hung up.
