Dropouts of Audio via USB to a DAC

Saw this tonight. New behavior. Any number of things from a bad cable to... another device on the same USB bus could be causing an overload.


I would start by checking the (mA) draw of the DAC and of the other USB device on that same USB bus.

To do that, go to Apple > About This Mac > System Report.. > USB in the Hardware section.
