Starkey Genesis AI hearing aid

When I pair my hearing aids, the color of the message under accessibility turns from black to blue indicating that the hearing aids are connected, which is fine according to the routine instructions, but the next time I check the settings, regarding the status of my hearing aids they show not connected and I have to go through the connection process again. Is this what you have to do daily or am I missing something to save the connection

Your paired iPhone should remain nearby when using your hearing-aids.

Wondering if your iPhone's IOS version is up-to-date:

You can check if an update is available in Settings > General > Software Updates.

If so, it is wise to back-up your data, before updating the iOS version.

and also

whether the hearing aids have the newest app / firmware update available installed.

You can check with your hearing professional, find update tips in the manual, or visit the manufacturer's website:

Check: Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices controls.

✽ Turn Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds, and turn bluetooth back on.

✽ Restart iPhone to re-establish the connection. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
