Is it possible to see details of all cards stored in Apple Wallet by using a PC, i.e. non graphically?

I have one store card/loyalty card which I wanted to add to the Wallet. It was rejected because, it said, I could only put one account in Wallet. The card supplier, however, said I only had one account with them.

The ‘rogue’ card, though, is not displayed by the app, so it’s not something I can simply delete. It’s an invisible card, apparently. Or rather, non-apparently….

No, they are stored in the Secure Enclave. PC’s and Mac’s do not have access to the Secure Enclave.
