Same,from day one, the touch screen doesn’t work

I should have clarified it. I went with option-iii. Returned for a full refund and repurchased.

I am still having response problems, even after following the settings instructions to activate touch accommodations.

Is there anything else that can be done before going to Apple?

Sometime I’m typing on WhatsApp and suddenly the screen turns black .The side button and volume button and doesn’t work sometimes.

Sounds like a problem with the WhatsApp application.

Exactly happens to my iphone 16 pro max. I wish i can use Huawei in USA, now I see why they block them.

I upgraded to the 16 iPhone Pro Max and immediately after I noticed that when I touch the screen is very slow to respond. It often seems like it gets stuck and just freezes. Ugh I hate it.

had mine exchanged, lucky I had Apple care otherwise I would have been stuck with a dodgy phone. Was sent a Chinese made one.
