I believe one of my charges was fraudulent buying with Temu
they took the $35 charge and credited my apple account
since then I believe that Temu will no longer honor my card because of this

Have you received a refund for all charges? Are you still owed funds? Filing a false fraud claim is not a good path towards a resolution. Have you contacted the merchant and attempt to resolve any issues or confusion?

I told him what charge was a fraud and he got that one right but ended up with this charge as a fraud which was not

Not sure what an >not unreal< charge is. But fraud claims are tracked by banks, Payment Network Operator (Visa, Mastercard etc.)
Why are you wanting to dispute a resolved fraud charge? It’s probably me, but I’m not understanding what assistance you need.
