Aqara devices no longer available

Hello. I've used both apple homekit and aqara products for years and they've been great. Recently all of my security automations stopped working. I have reset all hubs including my homepod, I have even deleted my home and created a new one to try to reload my aqara devices but nothing has worked. They can be "added" to the home but I cannot access them or any of their functions. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
