It's not possible. A while back Apple re-wrote the back end software. Before that, they were using a 3rd party product called "Jive" that actually had an app. But with the current design, which is a closed, proprietary, Javascript-driven site, writing an app would be impossible. It might be impossible even for Apple if they didn't account for that possibility when they redesigned it.

Yeah, I was afraid of that. And hypothetically trying to scrape it would be a nightmare for numerous reasons.

I suppose best thing we can hope for is that they’ll work towards a PWA in the future, but I won’t hold my breath because they’ve just put a lot of resources into the redesign.
