I have 2 refunds in my Apple Cash and it's not showing in my apple Cash. My apple Cash still say $0.64 when will the refunds be in my apple Cash?

Did you use Apple Cash to make the refunded purchases?
If not, the refund will never appear in Apple Cash, they'll appear in whatever payment method was used to make the purchase.
For refunds from 3rd party merchants through Apple Pay, it can take a few days before the refund shows up in Apple Cash.
