I recently tried to order a phone with T-Mobile using Apple Pay . My money was taken but the purchase didn’t go through. I’ve contacted T-Mobile and it’s not showing that anything was purchased so this is very much left to Apple . It’s been a whole week & still no one has contacted me nor have i received my refund . Any help on what to do or who else to contact ?

Apple is not a bank and doesn’t process credit card transactions. The disconnect is between the merchant, merchant’s credit card processor and the bank that issued the card used. Only the issuing bank can approve or decline a transaction.
Contact your card issuer.
