Studio Display 27" Nano Texture presenting moving lines (interference) on the screen with less than 3 months of use
My Studio Display is presenting lines moving non stop on the screen like the TV when there is some interference. I bought it 3 months ago and it's already presenting the problem. Which in my opinion means that the product already came with the defect and it's frustrating considering the price I paid in the product. I contact the support who couldn't diagnoses the problem. I had to go the store to be attended by a genius support that couldn't diagnose the problem and changed the cable to be tested at home. The equipment is pretty heavy and I can't carry it by myself and now the support wants me to take it again to the store, to leave it to be analyzed, which it takes 5 - 7 days to do that, and then I have to back there to carry it back home. I asked the support to replace the product and the answer is that Apple doesn't allow to do that. I'm really disappointed because the product is not cheap, I've just bought it, less than 3 months, It is heavy and fragile to take it from one place to another and they say that Apple can't replace it. Where's the guarantee of the quality of the product and the support of the company?
