Missing Daily Cash
I have spent hours trying to resolve a discrepancy regarding earned Daily Cash and have passed around to 16 different departments/people between Apple and Goldman Sachs. I opened an Apple Card last year and added up the earned Daily Cash and redemptions from each statements. I am missing over $900 in earned Daily Cash. Apple said this was a Goldman Sachs issues, Goldman Sachs has confirmed that the statements are correct, the Wallet App does not reflect the correct Daily Cash amount. Goldman Sachs says this is Apple's issue, not Goldman Sachs issue. GS just put be back through to Apple, Apple just bounced me back to GS. Has anyone had this issue?
