What should I do if my Apple ID and iCloud on PC is compromised?

any help would be great, you can tell that I am no coder nor know how to address y’all (please accept my apologies in advance for this)…So it’s been a year that I have been doxxed on and off by a good hacker (or a group) who for bug my computer by having access to my iCloud. It’s been impossible to work and I they set me back for a year and half. I might end up dropping. What they do is using my apple ID, and I tried everything but I just discovered that they can use CVE 2020…I am not a coder, I can barely type my thesis, but this person or group has taken it too far. I have been reaching out to apple via all the means they give…clearly this person is afraid of having exposed something made known otherwise why me? They used my thesis to create their application using my first MacAir, and MacBook, and two cellphone an iphone 11 and a pro 15 (all bugged and unsalvageable). Who do should I reach out when this type of breach, that come from the inside happens? Also, why me? To finish, I sent so manny emails to developpers about this and now all of my emails (apple, google, outlook, canary) are not working. They blocked all my keys (1password, fido, aunty,…) I mean why? Is it because I refuse to reproduce carcerality? I understand the need for my data for training but, why aiming at my devices with bugs and making me vulnerable? Right now they are on my computer and keep misleading me in odrer to have a file in my phone. Any help is welcome. I brutalized my brain to read and learn coding but I God forgot me when he was distributing that side of the brain…Best
