So I sent $385 in Apple Cash and apparently it didn’t go through due to being my first transaction and that it will be refunded within 24 hours. But, the message looks really sketch.

It’s not legitimate. Did you ever send someone $385? How could you get a refund then? I doubt it. Apple does not use Pay.com or even ApplePay.com. Yes, it’s a phishing attempt/scam.

Is there anyway to be reimbursed because I already called my bank and they said that they’ll give me back the $385 in 10 business days
Reimbursed for what? Did you use Apple Cash or another service such as Venmo, Cash App or PayPal? You can’t transfer funds via Apple Pay.
I transferred cash from my card to Apple Cash and paid it from there
If you want the money back, you would need to ask the recipient to return the funds.
