I dont care for apple pay i want to use google pay wallet . Is it possible use google pay on my iPhone 13 rather than apple pay ?

No, there is limited Google Pay interoperability. iPhones support Face ID and Goggle Pay relies on PINs and passcodes. Google Pay offers lower security standards and the software is very limited.
