Change name/description or image for cards in Apple Pay wallet

Is there a way to change the image or add a description to my cards?

As a used of Apple Pay I am finding that the way this system was developed is a nightmare...

It is very common for banks to provide Apple Pay for their debit cards. But like most people, you have more than one debit card with the bank because you have multiple checking accounts. For example, I have a family account, an account for bills and one for my small business.

I currently have about 3 identical cards in my apple wallet for the accounts I have at my local bank but it seems like Apple Inc has not thought their system through and has forced banks and credit unions to only have one image available for the digital wallet, making Apple Pay virtually unusable when you have more than one card tied to Apple Pay.

You would think Apple would Allow the bank/credit union to offer up multiple designs to Apple and then the end user (me and you) would be able to assign a different image/design for each card. Also, the ability to add a description (like "Fun Account" or "Bills") would allow a user to be able to distinguish the difference between their apple cards on file.
