Apple Account balance does not show up on iPad Pro iTunes & App Store Apple Account section after redeeming Apple Gift Card

My Apple account balance does not show up in the Apple Account section of both iTunes and App Store on my iPad Pro after I redeemed an Apple Gift Card. I tried restarting the iPad and signing my Apple account out of the iTunes and App Store and signing back in but the Apple account balance still doesn't show up. The balance does show up on my iPhone and Mac. This could be caused by a problem with the Apple Account balance.
