My Suica card still hasn’t appeared in my wallet, I do not have an Apple Watch. I’ve logged off/on from my Apple account, my IOS is up to date and I have turned my phone off/on…. any suggestions?

Yes I followed those instructions, however, after I have selected the amount to put on the Suica card, the card does not appear in my wallet.
The same issue has happened to me today - I purchased a Suica card, paid Yen3000, when it attempted to add the Suica card to my Apple Wallet it timed-out and failed. 4hrs later still nothing.
Try contacting SUICA support team. Remember, the time difference.
