Do you have a question? You are not speaking to Apple here so your Case ID is of no use. Sounds like you have a card that has been compromised, usually from a skimmer/shimmer installed on a retail terminal, but of course can happen when entering the numbers on a website. In that case, the bank that issued the card will cancel it and you can also dispute any fraudulent charges.

The other common occurrence is when someone knows the Passcode/Password, then they are authorized to make purchases.
