Adding my cards to apple wallet for Apple Pay

My phone has recently just started not letting me add any sort of debit or credit card. I’ve lost some old cards in the past that I had added to my wallet which I had to cancel and then I had to add a new one, but now every time I try to add even some that I’ve had for a while. It always says contact card issue but when I contact my bank, they say it’s nothing wrong on their side that I should just contact support from Apple. Does anyone know what’s wrong? And I have all my cards added on Safari auto fill, but I can’t add them to my wallet which doesn’t make sense.
