Appendices not included for all extended editions of the The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings

Has anyone had any issues with appendices on the extended editions of Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit? I just purchased the bundle for The Hobbit in Denmark and the special features (appendices) are only included for the second and third movies but there apparently aren’t any in the first… I’m not quite sure who to contact at this point because I’m guessing it’s a mistake..
