After getting my Apple Watch 10, the watch will ask for passcode several times a day. I’ve never had that problem with all my other watches…
I wear and use the watch the same way I always do.

Try powering the Apple Watch down and powering it back on again. To do this, press and hold the side button, then tap the power button the top right, then slide to power it off. To turn it back on, press and hold the side button till you see the Apple logo.
Oh, well. I’d recommend contacting apple support as there is much we can do from our end. It could be a hardware defect or software glitch. The other thing you could do prior to taking it in, is to reset the watch and repair it to your iPhone.
If you go to the Watch app, then head over to "Passcode", do you have "Wrist Detection" on?
Yes, it’s on.
I have restarted it many times. Doesn’t help.
Is your Apple Watch on watchOS 10.01?
It running 11.0
I’d recommend updating to that version as it fixes a lot of issues. It’s worth a try.

No tattoos. No changes in any way.
I have same problem (watchOS 11.1) . It happen 4-5 in days , when it happen i dont know apple watch still tracking health or not ? Very anoying
