Where are my tickets?

I purchased tickets on StubHub and transfered them to apple wallet. I created a resell on StubHub and was informed I had to upload my tickets to StubHub. Not finding any way to transfer tickets back to StubHub I read that if I remove them from apple wallet they will revert back to the app I purchased them on. But I don't see them on StubHub or anywhere and they are sold. It is impossible to get anyone from StubHub for help and the chat AI doesn't know how to respond to my questions What do I do?
