Item Not Available when trying to open iTunes Store on mac

I'm trying to open the iTunes Store in Music on a mac and it comes back with Item Not Available - The item you’ve requested is not currently available in the UK store.


According to the community here it appears this was a problem in 2018. Has it just come back.


I tried the suggestion of changing the clock but that didn't work
