Permanently grant access to Microsoft 365 files on Mac Sequoia

I am currently running Sequoia, version 15.0.1, on my 2020 MacBook Air. Recently I just purchased the subscription of Microsoft 365, but every time I open a file (i.e. .docx on Microsoft Word), it has always been like this (see the inserted photo):

How can I permanently grant access to all my files? This starts to be annoying to have to grant access every time I want to open a certain file.

Thank you
