Continuous loading sign when i go to add a new card on wallet

I have a problem where the loading sign keeps appearing when I try to add a new card to Apple Pay in the Wallet app. I don’t get an error message; it just keeps spinning. I’ve changed my region settings, done a network reset, and even factory reset my iPhone and set it up as new. I’m on the latest version of iOS. What can I do to fix this? Are there any other steps I should try?

Did Apple Support have you try deleting the Wallet app and then downloading a new copy and installing again?


Another option is to reset all settings. No data is lost but settings are all put back to defaults. If you decide to try either suggestion, please remove and cards, including loyalty/reward cards first. All cards will need to be re-added to the Wallet app.
