Rented movie only plays in French

We rented a movie today that gave no indication that it would be played in another language. The movie title is in English, the write up is in English, but when played, the title is in French as is the dialogue. There is no option for subtitles or changing the language and this is very much a North American movie, not French. How do we ask for a refund and hopefully see the movie in English!
